  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I put a tiny bit of water on Blaze's food and she ate it all. :)

    When I got home this morning I did my laundry and vacuumed, so my chores are done. ... Beautiful day here, with sun and temps in the 70s. It's Karma from the last summer and winter we had.

    Part of the reason for all the mayhem at work:

    The Number One for the whole place took another job about 5 weeks ago. There are still Exec. Managers for days and nights, but no "Big Leader." The Exec. Managers all shared the lead -- then vacation season started, and we were/are without personnel during any given week. The District (big-time) butted in and tried to change things that weren't broken, and fucked everything up, with some of the facilitators still on vacation. By changing a few processes, the District Managers have caused extra work, some of it literally impossible to accomplish, but it looked good on paper for them. So that is our situation.

    Had similar situations......like the head bean counter trying to tell me how to evaluate and purchase heavy equipment....I finally went to the City Manager about it and the head bean counter went looking for another job.....but for about 6 months he was driving me nuts.

    I have five sets of numbers for Florida Lotto ($51 mill) and two sets for Power Ball ($50 mill). I have been playing the same 5 sets of numbers on Florida Lotto since 1997.
