When your internet is out then your phone is out as well?

 

Internet was down for 2.5 hours. My phone goes through my Internet. I have a cell phone that I use for emergencies. If anyone wants that number let me know.

I called the Internet company (on my cell phone), and they only have a guy in my area on Mondays and Thursdays! Un-frikking-believable!

 

I have tonight off. Saturday night I start my 4-day stretch.

 

Thore did try to call you and went straight to message. My phone goes also via ISP and when i have no connection my phone is out as well

 

Is that your only internet option?

 

You must have VOIP too (I use Vonage for my phone), Cold. Do you keep a cell phone for emergencies like I do?

 

Maybe you should send them a mail. Ask them if it's a problem more people have or just you and if it's just you maybe ask for new modem

 

There are a couple others, but they are over $100 a month. I went with the cheapest one, with only basic cable. It's all I can afford.

 

I got my yard work done today PM.....took 4 hours with a high heat index of 112F. No significant rain today, though late afternoon turned very dark several times...

Yep, i have VOIP (voice over IP). I always have my cell phone with me, it's not just for emergencies. I have all in one. Tv, phone and internet from my ISP

 

They're going to check things out on Monday. My modem works (I'm not ruling out a new modem though) -- it might be a problem at the main connection here at the apartments.

 

Was the yard soaked?

Yes, it IS shitty service. :?

 

What was the dewpoint and temp?

 

It was very "soft" and edging the back of the curb was almost muddy.

 

I don't remember exactly but the temps were in the lower 90's and RH in the upper 80's...with full sun until about 1PM.
