How are you feeling otherwise Thore?

 

Now I am working on eliminating processed food...i.e. manufactured foods so popular in grocery stores....I will be working on only buying basic, unaltered food and making meals from scratch. Example: I no longer by canned beans as I buy the dried beans, soak, etc. and cook. I use spices and stuff like that, but this way I know there are no preservatives or other chemicals I both cannot pronounce or know what the hell they are. Please note this does not mean I am buying organic.....

 

My Internet went down and just came back up! I hope it stays on this time!

 

So far, I feel pretty much like I normally do. I expect the changes to be rather subtle and take many weeks to get to a new normal.

At first I was stern. Then I tried being nice.

 

That's good. I prefer cooking from scratch like that whenever possible.

It's those incompetent employees at Internet headquarters again, no doubt. :x
