Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     On the Celeb section, many forum users post adds on the initial post (the one that started the thread on the first place). I find that annoying for 2 main reasons:

    • For people that download the whole set of photos and use mass downloading apps for that purpose, it's hard to do it so because all the links are captured by the app as opposed to just coping the link of the new post (the one with the adds)
    • And, most importantly (I think), how does anyone is supposed to know that adds were posted? Take this example, I found the new photos on another forum and came to Phun to post them on the thread that I knew existed; I found that those photos were posted yesterday, but, because the last post was made 2 days ago, the thread never came up on the unread list.


    I don't know if I'm the only one that feels this way. If not, perhaps, a rule should be studied for this matter.

    I understand your point, but it would be ridiculous to start new threads each time.....and make the situation even more confusing.....usually the pictures were at the same event or in the same place so they should still show up on search.

    Each time adds are posted "adds" is added to the thread title......so users can know.

    No. I don't mean post the adds on different threads! I mean on different posts on the same thread of that event. The example I posted was about a guy creating a thread on the 6th and then posting adds on that same initial post on the 8th.

    Am I making myself understand?

    They don't need merging because there are solo adds that will be added to the post. Also, there isn't really a need to add Carla's name to the Connie thread because Carla has her own thread.
