Well Global Warming doesn't literally imply that every place will warm up.....it means that there are more greenhouses gases in the atmosphere than there should be.....the causes the melting of ice caps.....which increases ocean levels which fucks with currents such as the El Nino and the North Atlantic Current.....which distribute the suns heat to various areas....so without that areas can get colder....in general it is the change in climate caused by an increase of greenhouse gasses.

 

But there's no consistent evidence of any of that. Even the greater Arctic ice melt hasn't made the sea levels rise substantially anywhere in the world. I mean, Miami isn't flooded because of it. And El Nino and it's opposite, La Nina, aren't caused by greenhouse gases. And consider this, greenhouse gases account for 1000th of 1/10th of 1% of our atmosphere. Seriously. 99% of the atmosphere is hydrogen and nitrogen. Everything else fits into the remaining 1%.

 

There are quite a few island countries that are facing high risks of going underwater.
