there was two big hockey pools going around town for final game. 100 dollars a square, 100 squares. $2000 for 1st period, $3000 for 2nd period and $5000 for 3rd. I didn't get any thought.

I am still dealing with a douchebag employee. we'll see how it plays out over the next week or so. I may have to reassign him within the Company. I don't want to fire him, but I want to let him work somewhere else.

sadly just moving them is the most pragmatic course of action these days. we had a scenario like that about a year ago. someone was gonna "give" usone of there employees when we had an opening. Except they didn't realize I knew the employee and knew that they sucked. I think they got my point when I said no way! LOL

the person still hates me to this day, but I don't care.

well he had a medical condition, he had 2 seizures within a year. he had his drivers license revoked. to work at an Airport we need a drivers license. while waiting I accommadated him, I had a glorified shophand for 7 months. so instead of 3 Workers working for me I had 2.5 if that.

he has a limited license now but he can't Operate 2 of my key Equipment.

I am working with 2 other Managers to have him reassigned within the Company so he still has a job.
