    The Memorial Day race has traditionally been 600 miles....the longest race they do......

    The Nationwide series is Saturday at about 2 PM.....don'e know how long that one is....probably the normal 300 or so miles for them.

    Rangers lost last night. :( now they've won 2 games and the Devils have won 3 (best of 7 series). The Devils are pretty good though.

    Looking forward to the Indy 500. Used to watch it as a boy with my Dad. Mario Andretti, Al Unser, even AJ Foyt. :D

    hey good evening Friends.

    was great to see my Bro, Sis in Law, 2 Nieces and Nephews today. the plane couldn't land at our hometown so they passed through town here, saw them for about 40 minutes.

    4 year old Nephew and Family were in a cab in Edmonton Alberta for a holiday. they were in a cab going to the hotel, Cabbie had a turban and a long beard, after they got to the hotel Nephew said "right Mom, God gave us a ride!"

    I never went to any races as a kid.....those things were just not available to us. Been to several GatorNational Drag Races several decades ago as they are in my area. Only been to two NASCAR races....1981 Daytona 500 and the Bristol race in August of 2009.
