    Thanks!

    The car accident I had a couple years ago, which I spoke about here, is probably at fault. I had some stormy pains at the night from new years eve to new years day on my lower back. A week later my legs felt numb. A few weeks ago pain got minimized, and I can walk around for a while, but I'm still not close to 100%, but I few a lot of better than a a moth or so ago.

    Hmm, I saw a doctor if that what you mean. I had to take Motrin for a while as directed, stop and continue again since prolonged use is no good. Just iced it up over and over and hot packs in between.

    I don't have the money for therapy, so I'm just trying to take it easy, but at the same time stretch and walk around as much as I can, as I know to much rest is actually bad.

    Sciatica is a pinched nerve. In certain circumstances, dependent on the location of the offending nerve, strengthening the muscles in that area could help alleviate the potential for the nerve to become pinched. Also, weigght can have an adverse effect. If you can stand to drop a few lbs, that also may provide some relief.

    Yeah, but that cost money, and the time is uncertain, I have research around and it could take up to 12 months to recover, every case is different as usual.
