Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I think you told me that once.....and I said it was cool....and you said it wasn't....and it lead to a conversation on farming.

The thing here is child labour.....these aren't after school fun jobs.....these are full time jobs some in dangerous situations like firework factories for young uneducated children.....there is no union or legality here......you get paid whatever the boss pays you.....which obviously isn't much.

he said it was a lot easier job, as the elephants were difficult to work with on occation

he also said that people would use the elephant dung as flooring in there house.. or shack if you will
    true??

    Who gets sick of it?

Business men love this arrangement......the workers have no choice....if they revolt they'll starve and die.....law will not help them....Government will not help.

    Okay serious question :

My grandmother fell down a few days ago.....hurt her hip......we called our regular doctor (GP) and he said we should get an x-ray......so we rushed her to the nearby hospital......this was in the afternoon......they took an x-ray and said that the report will only be available the next evening.....we got her back home.....the regular doctor said he can't do much without the x-ray report.....so we just have to wait.....she's in very bad pain the whole while......next evening.....we get the reports, there are two fractures.....doctor says we should operate and get her to do various test to see if it's okay to operate....so yesterday we admitted her into the hospital.....we admitted her in late afternoon....no official doctor is available to talk to....he only comes at 10:00pm in the night to make his rounds.....the nurses etc. do the tests......the reports will again not be available until the next evening.......we notice a large sore on her hip and want to ask about it......of courses there is no doctor.....he'll only come at 10:00pm..........now what my question is.....does this happen in other countries.....I know a lot of people rant about medical care in the US but I don't really know much about it.....so does this stuff happen everywhere.....no doctors in the hospital....reports only available the next evening?

No, that most certainly does not happen here. She would've been treated immediately given her advanced age. The sore on her hip you referred to is - I'm guessing - a large bruise. That would be common to such an injury. The thing is, sometimes it's benign and sometimes it's not. That should've been looked into right away.
