    You don't need to cook tofu a lot really....or at all....but it does need a lot of flavour.

    They don't have cat inards here......Indians aren't weird in what they eat.....they aren't going to eat testicles or brains or anything.....but they are more than happy to eat dirty unhygienic food......offer them a fried cat inard sandwich and they'll be disgusted...... offer them a cooked chicken leg on a rotten cardboard box situated next to an open gutter....and they'll go at it happily.
