I don't need it. The last time I was thin like a mosquito was when I was a fetus.

 

If you are trying to put on weight, it helps. It's the type of thing that if your body wants to make muscle it has to have all the available nutrients or it won't be able to. These protein shakes 'overload' the system so that everything is in ample supply when your body goes to make it. Some are certainly better then others and most give you more protein then you would ever use. You can probably cut it in half and still see benefit.

 

Just watched that yesterday

 

I see roof tops... pigeons... bit of the ocean in the dusk... and then it cuts right to a super high class luxury hotel with lots of insanely expensive sports cars out front.

 

Now I see dancing sari-wearing women.

 

Still..... Protein X sounds weird.
