    9mm rounds are around 25 cents now I think. I know a few people I value less than that so shooting them would be a waste of a perfectly good bullet.

    You have to have a reloading press, which sets the presses the bullet into the case, and they cost about 500$ then you have to buy more equipment for different sized bullets, so it can add up pretty quick
