    I mean, why wouldn't they use toilets, it's much more comfortable and clean. Unless they never work because the sewer system is fucked up.

    They do do that outdoors.......usually when you are travelling by train out of the city you'll see tons to slums with tons of naked children doing that......especially in the early morning.....sometimes they even wave......I am being serious here...not exaggerating...or being sarcastic or anything.....they wave at you.
