Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I think we have a pretty good warning system in most places in the USA....the real problem is that people just don't have safe places to go.....seems only reinforced concrete structures can withstand an average or higher tornado.

    Safer than most homes, but not totally safe....would go into a closet on the first floor in the center of the house under the stairs.....house would virtually have to be sheared totally down to the foundation slab to impact that room, but possible with a really strong one.....:?

    Sounds to me like a pretty reliable safe room. Fortunately force 4 and 5 tornadoes are rare.
