    I cut out sugars and simple carbohydrates almost three years ago.....I had to or face having to inject insulin as opposed to oral meds....:?

    I haven't had any blood sugar problems yet, thanks God. I wouldn't doubt if I did soon, my dad's a type 2 diabetic and my mother had blood problems before she passed. I do battle my blood pressure though.

    I strongly recommend you keep an eye on blood sugar levels....with Type 2, it tends to creep up on you, so when it start to edge up, please take the required action.....diabetes will disable before it kills.....

    the forum is operating ....and its not intolerable or as dreadful as sometimes it might sound
