Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     My sons are 5th generation Gainesville....my mother started working in the U of F Athletic Department in 1952....retired in 1980. I grew up among all of the college sports, coaches, players, etc. Yes, I bleed Orange and Blue. That being said....I am not a sports fanatic....I appreciate the U of F performances, conduct, etc. to such that I can be a proud alumni. I frequently do not watch their games on TV because it makes me too tense.....just channel surf by to keep up with what is happening. Also, my Dad work for the U of F Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences...retiring in 1980 also.

    No....I certainly have insight on what a head football coach at U of F life is like.....also, he did very good things for both the U of F and the local community while here......I believe he would have stayed out of coaching another year or two if the Ohio State position had not become open.....and it is going home for him. I speak no ill of him and wish him and his family the best! ;)
