    My previous experience with with German Shepards that I got when they were 8 weeks old.....these dogs are much much more difficult.....require much more repetition and tons more patience. They are extremely smart in figuring out how to do what they want to do, but not so much on figuring out what I want them to do. Domenic in some ways is more trainable than Amelie....and from what I have determined from reading about Huskies, that is typical.

    The lady downstairs could use a training book for dogs. Hers barks all day. Wish she would do something about it, if there is anything you can do about that. imo she shouldn't be living in a apartment building if she has a dog that barks that much - inconsiderate.

    Ice Hockey is big in the northern parts of the USA....not so much in the southern USA. We have no ice down here. :lol:

    Not really. Sometimes if a car is parked outside over night, it can get a thick frost on the windshield.....but normally the defroster melts it quickly.....some will scrape it off, at least sufficient to see out before the defroster melts it. :D

    I have never owned a car in my entire life that did not have a defroster! :shock:......mostly down here, we need it to keep the inside of the windshield from fogging over during a rainstorm.....we get lots of rainstorms year around normally....when we are not in a drought. :shock:

    Magge, a defroster is just the heater with the hot air directed at the front windshield. Some vehicles have heat element wire embedded in the rear windshield to help melt ice or defog the interior surface.
