That's been an apt description of my week so far. Not because of the weather but because I've had a nasty cold and am fighting an allergy at the same time. :|

 

Actually spicy things......since they give you a sense of warmth.....that's why things like mulled wine and herbs like cinnamon are commonly used through out the winter.
