    i was referring to getting having to break through the shell to get a relatively small amount of meat, obviously that issue wouldnt apply to canned crab

    Crabs aren't that popular here....so you don't get them.......they mostly live near the coasts of the oceans anyway.....the sea around here is so polluted that I'm sure whatever crabs there were either died or mutated.

    I enjoy the taste. Although we have something here called crab salad. It's made with mayonnaise. That's not too bad. Also I like a little Swedish honey-mustard sauce on smoked salmon.
