Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    the friend that I have been fixing the laptop for just called, he's not gonna be home until in 3-4 hours from now. so I got some time for myself now.. what should I do??

    yeah the arm is healing up very nicely there TO. I would say mobility is back to 95% and strength is back to 60% now.

    yeah I've been using my arm a lot more at work and trying to get the strength back in it so that helps.

    I was going to join the gym here but hard to find time to go there with work and home.
