BTW, you never did respond to my response to your inquiry about the nature of knowledge. You should raise that question at a party, I bet you'd be surprised by the reaction you get.

 

The response I'd get would be......"um....okay.....no idea what you're talking about".

I know what you do at parties. You stand back from the crowd, silently sipping something obscure, and you observe the interactions and conversations of the others.

I don't even go to parties anymore.

 

What do you do at parties?


Say hi to everyone......then talk to a few people....not a lot.......mostly let them lead the conversation......spend considerable time at the food table....drink a little.....but not much really......and leave either early or normally.

 

I only go to some family events and brood in the corner.

 

Me? It's either like that or I drink too much and end up telling everyone how much I love them.

 

Me too! I usually lie on a couch somewhere and try to read.
