  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I consider myself both. I don't consider myself all that unusual in that regard.
I think an argument could be made on either side of that issue. One argument would be either you're inately artistic or you're not.

Though from what I've seen, Indian entertainment isn't very entertaining. Or particularly innovative.

I meant that in such a style of learning artistic abilities can never be cultivated or expressed.

Ah, I see your point. A lot of public schools in the USA have eliminated or severely curtailed their arts programs (especially music) due to budget cuts. Doesn't make sense at all. Cultivating artistic ability often enhances kid's learning abilities in other fields of study. But no one ever said education in this country is run by educators. Quite the contrary.

Actually I was pointing that even though it was a good school it was still very very lacking..........I honestly don't know how much I learned there......as I said earlier I consider myself self educated.....but thanks.

You seemed to have acquired the knowledge that there's much more to learn than what they had to offer. That may have been the most important lesson, inadvertent or not.

You know I've been pondering the question of what knowledge really is and what it's good for......what's your opinion?

Knowledge by what definition? Knowledge as awareness? Knowledge as information? Either way, both are only as useful as how you can apply them to your daily needs. For example: You can know all there is to know about building an automobile but if you never apply that knowledge to your advantage, what's the point of knowing it? Conversely, if you find yourself in a hostile environment and are completely ignorant of the perils around you, your lack of knowledge can work against you. Indeed, endanger you.

Knowledge is what you make of it.
You rely on spell check too much.
