I loved the eighties, lol. My brother and I used to spend every summer at the KCFitness center pool. for $2 a day you got to use the whole place. We used to stand and watch the aerobics girls through the big glass studio windows.

I remember that era. it was an ass lovers dream ...

I belonged to a gym that had the exercise bikes on one wall of the aerobics room. all the walls had mirrors, so you could check out stuff without really appearing to. I was on the bikes so much! Man I was in the best cardio conditioning of my life!

 

lol, ours had surround mirrors too We just stood and openly drooled tho, lol. In those days we were riding bmx bikes 30-40 miles a day all summer long, so we looked like Lance Armstrong from the waist down and Peewee Herman waist up, rofl.

 

I always had to be careful not to pump my thighs up too much. not a good look for me. LOL we'd ride the bikes after lifting, so there was no need (or ability) to dial up the intensity.

 

even ONJ joined in. her Grease outfit was better, but this was Phun too.

 

@14 I could legpress 700lbs, it really pissed off the lifters, we'd follow them around and try to do all the same setups they used, we'd get 3-4 of us to do the arm/chest stuff but we could pretty much keep up on the leg and cardio stuff. + we were really vicious little bastard racket ball players. We'd play anybody that'd stand still long enough to be taunted lol. You know those signs they put up about not going sauna>steam>sauna etc? Shit, wedid that just for the weird feeling. Probably yet another reason I'm fucked up today lol.
