  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    correct but as far as i recall when you change back in the spring you can keep the wintertyres longer if the conditions still are bad on the roads.

    We get some snow but not always a lot, over here they advice you to switch to wintertyres when temp goes below 7C

    it isnt good to drive on the tarmac with wintertyres especially not the ones with spikes. As i recall it i have to change wintertyres with spikes if i go on a trip to Germany from Sweden. I might remember it incorrectly but i think it is unallowed there.

    i do prefer the ones with spikes myself.

    Thanks for the info CAI. I think your allowed to drive your car to the nearest workshop when you get off the ferries but that is about it when you come to Germany.
