Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I have just been doing odds and ends around the house and enjoying my dogs for the past few weeks.......I am not complaining....laid back is a nice change from the past fifty years! :lol:

    My dad retired at 62. He's 90 now. 28 years retired is nearly as long as he was employed if you discount his college years working odd jobs and military service. :shock:

    @Scribe, naw, I grew up here. Aint shit in KC but fat people and mud. River's a deathtrap, always has been, no mountains, deserts, oceans, nothin. Only thing KC has is the world's best chili contest down at the American Royal

    After college my dad went to work for A.B. Dick and stayed with 'em until he retired. 30 years I believe. That was a career though. He had any number of jobs in Chicago before and after WWII.
