    Ah! an update for Cy's food snob's great places to eat update!

    A couple weeks ago I stopped at a little roadside diner in Fillmore, Ca on 126 hwy just up from Santa Paula called Ay Chihuahua

    had absolutely fantastic shredded beef chimichongas with homemade red chili salsa, goat cheese and homemade tortillas. they have a pepper bar with all kinds of sauces and grilled peppers or frsesh. I had the lady cook my meat with a super hot red chili sauce on the grill like a pseudo sautee. Then I got extra cheese and put even more chili's and red sauce on it. Was fabulous.

    When I lived in Ventura County (Camarillo, Channel Islands Harbor and Port Hueneme) I used to love discovering little places like that. Best Mex food I've ever had was in that area. :yumyum:
