    Chillin by myself for once, so enjoying the USC vs Colorado game (USC is torching CU now) and about to make some won ton soup with some hand-pulled noodles a lady-friend got me. :yumyum:

    Woah.. .that was cool! Colorado University's mascot is Ralphie the Buffalo (a real one) and they have a small webcam mounted on Ralphie... they just showed what it looks when Ralphie is galloping across the field! pretty fast for a huge beast!

    how's it goin eh?

    just did some more physio arm exercises. surgery was 5 weeks ago. still in recovery mode. lifting my arm off the bed I could barely lift it an inch off the bed as they sliced my arm muscles in my left shoulder to get to the ligaments in my shoulder to tighten them up. now I can lift if up around 90 degrees, slow and steady.

    just going to chill out now for a bit.
