Have you ever found yourself utterly devoid of thoughts. I mean like when someone asks you what you're thinging and you say "nothing" and actually mean it? I find myself more and more like that lately. It concerns me, because my mind used to be a shitstorm of activity, kind of like grims.

True. Google can afford to be complacent yet they're not. That suggests the company is still people driven instead of coasting along on it's own massive inertia.

It's the opposite for me. I have usually so much crazy and embarrassing stuff going on in my head that I am sure no one wants to know about, so when someone asks me what I'm thinking I say: Oh, nothing.

 

Surely, whithout knowing personal circumstances, it is a chicken and egg situation. If you are not interested in or doing much brain stimulation is down and you are less likely to be motivated - if very busy the mind will be equally active and will seek further stimulation / activity.
