Honestly, I have a health issue that has been nagging me for the past 4 months. It has pretty much taken over every aspect of my life. Its really wearing on me physically and even moreso mentally as of late.

At this point its considered to be chronic and surgery is the suggestion. There are complications that can arise from surgery. Some worse than the initial condition. I have been a prisoner in my home for 4+ months. I have lost 45 lbs since the onset. I am on the verge of depression, and i just dont kno what to do.

I aplogize for unloading this on you. Im just in a bad place right now. Slitting the wrists is looking quite appealing. I kno others are dealing with worse than I am but I just feel so.....consumed by this.

Most surgeries are pretty successful these days. If you're insured I'd definitely lean that way, risks be damned.

As far as other peoples problems go, they are no more or less important than our own, they're just different. Your health should be paramount to you regardless.

 

no we havent, but considering i check my facebook about onece a month, im not sure if its worth it, however im considering using google+ more often if it turns out good, looks promising so far

let me say, if you end it all it won, tomorrow is always going to be different, not even better but different.
i say there is nothing you cant handle. you know what to do your just not ready to accept it yet. what ever that may be.
get tough. win. its going to be hard, trust me i know what hard feels like, ive done very bad things to me and every time i think, damn i should cash in, and its an option, but then some time later, i cant even tell you how much later, but some time later i look back on that moment, that feeling and think, "i cant even relate to that in any way" life is a compromise, and the good part of that is every thing compromises, even the bad has to comprise to the good. its just the way it is.

hang in there, get the surgery from the best of the best or wait if out if it can change.
but fight it and win. easy as that.

 

getting healthy would definitely help with depression, being cooped up for months will begin to weigh on anybody, i would consider surgery if its the only option, what is the problem if you dont mind answering?

Unfortunately I am unemployed right noe. No health coverage.

This is in fact one of the major sources of stress. I was laid off and lucky enough to be able to collect inemployment. It has kept a roof over my kids heads and food in their mouth.

I am now at the point beginning next week that i must provide job search info in order to keep collecting. Thats fine, i have been searching anyway. The problem lies with me actually getting a job offer. In my current state of health i could not accept. However, if i decline work i get cur off from unemployment.

Whatever.....not ur problem.

 

i tried using facebook at the behest of friends but after about a week or so i really lost interest, the only friends i regularly talk to on there were friends i talk to all the time in real life, everybody else is just acquaintances and some family

 

I'm signed up to google+ but haven't done one thing there yet. Not sure I want to get involved in yet another social forum.

As for facebook, me, grims, Jack, yay, vixen, linus, di canio, Del and furby and a couple others from here have our own little community.

I've been in that catch 22 with unemployment before. It is definitely a serious quandary.

 

if your all on here though, then i have to ask what the point of facebook is, kind of like the situation with the friends i hang out with, whats the point in going through an extra step for communication?

 

The problem itself seems trivial by name. Fuck it its a forum amongst friends. I have a chronic anal fissure that will not heal. As funny as the name sounds i assure u it is no laughing matter. I have nevee felt such excrutiating pain in my life. There are times when all i wanna do is cry.

The reason it wont heal is because i cant stop shitting for long enough. Every time i shit i deal with 12+ hrs of hell before it starts to subside. I have developed a complex about it at this point. That is why i have lost so much weight. I starve myself so i dont produce waste. Its that or i hold it in for 4 or more days at a time so i can have some normal days. That inevitably leads to constipation which is horrible for my condition.

Sorry about the subject matter but pain outweighs embarrasment.
