    Ranked 20 by SI. 1-0 but doesn't bode well in intra conference play. Definitely not in the running for a national championship. Strength of schedule and conference pla works against them. Sorry dude, may be a long fall for you.

    i noticed they were 21 in the coaches pole as well.

    not so sure about that the are a big enough program if they do well and go undefeated they may get a good bowl game. thats all i could ever hope for. national championship, pffft, they arent alabama now are they.

    by the way, anybody seen bama around?

    nope. now that i think on it, we did not see a single cop the entire time we were there. lots of very nice people there. it must be hard to live 200 miles for noplace.

    I meant in generalities though, Philies franchise + fans as a whole are pretty much the top franchise of the NL, with the Braves and Cardinals as close seconds.

    i guess there has been talk for a while about it possibly falling apart, texas A&M is already leaving, oklahoma state may also move to the pac 12

    id just like good teams to join the pac 12 , dI love to see a conference be better then the SEC, and it looks like Pac 12 may be getting close if they bring in Oklahoma

    Colorado & Nebraska have left and now Texas A&M will be leaving soon. Everyone wants to be part of the new "super conferences"... whether that's really a good idea or not is anyone's guess.
