  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Did format it, did a ScanDisk and nothing wrong with it !

    My 500GB Seagate FreeAgent Go has worked wonderfully! It requires one USB port and no AC power, which is REALLY handy. However, you might want to look at their new 3TB external HDD....I googled "seagate external harddrive" and one of the first hits was a 3TB drive for $100....that's a damn good deal! I paid $100 for my 500GB a year and a half ago!

    if you wanna get past that fee that Copyswede have set for external drives I suggest getting a case and an internal drive instead... not sure if it will be cheaper or not though..

    Western Digital have always made fairly good drives, so have Maxtor!

    not sure if you have more than one pc and a network... if you do I'd suggest a nas drive since that would be accessed from any pc on the network.
