  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

I'll take pics of the finished thing. We're hanging them from branches, add glass pearls and silver wires and maybe sea shells and make them look beachy yet arty.

Yes, but I'm glad. I had to moderate and mediate several group discussions last week, topic: why can't we listen to the radio all the time?

Well, most of the clients coming in for the morning like to have the radio on the background and enjoy listening to music. But there are others who say they can't concentrate and it's too distracting for them. So apparently the pro-radio and anti-radio groups have been having bitch wars behind my back over the radio. I had to try and find a compromise with them, which we eventually did.

I thought it would be something psychological.

It is a process for a lot of them to "fit in" due to a lack of social skills. Someone who never learned how to behave or respond to conflicts needs support for the most banal things. So I guess viewed from that point, it was somewhat psychological to help them find a compromise as a group. God knows I was ready for a drink afterwards.
