That's just pickin' nits. What about poetry that's read aloud, the vid from the other day? That one came with images not unlike a music video.

 

Many song lyrics stand on their own as prose to be read.

It was to me. He just didn't want to admit it so he said it was to you grims knowing full well I'd look into it. Predictable.

Actually the poem didn't come like that.....it was a text poem written by Allen Ginsberg in the 1960s (I think) and adapted into a movie now.....the animation is from the movie, and the reader there is James Franco (who played Ginsberg in the movie).

But again my point would be that the clip delivered the poem a hundred times better than a text could have......where as somebody like John Clare or Wordsworth would be better on the page.
