Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     I'm not familiar with Invanz, however Vancomycin is industrial strength. In pill form it's usually prescribed in doses >750mg and given twice or three times a day for 7 to 10 days. I hate to bring every one down y'all but we almost lost PM.

    The Vanco is actually "750MG in 250ML" liquid form. I take that twice a day. Yeah, I lost about 15 pounds in June/July. Now I'm eating a few spoons of ice cream every night to try and put some weight back on. Now my weight is where I want it to be.

    The only thing you can say is "shit happens." I'm certain my job contributed to it, and, who knows, it could be genetic, too. When it happened to me I had no idea what to say. I still can't think of anything to say. :lol:

    They came to my apt. and took blood yesterday. The previous reading was low, so they split the Vanco from once a day to twice a day, every 12 hours, to maintain a good level. They're doing that once a week (twice this week).

    Anytime there is a switch in dosage it's a good idea to keep a check on the levels, that's why they checked 2X this week. It sounds like your in good hands PM.:)

    I'm off work till I have surgery and recover. I still have my job - I just don't go to it right now. :lol: I call into work every few days and update HR, etc., plus headquarters has the right paperwork set up for me.
