    About 4.5 inches, but we haven't hit that number in years in the valley. Seems we get to about 3 and that's all she wrote. Most of it falls on the Spring Mountains to the west, up to 40 inches in some spots if you include snowfall in the figure, but that doesn't benefit anything other than the mountains themself. Exactly 0% of the runoff leaves the range.
