    its because anybody can cook like them, it takes some real skill to cook like the Chinese

    the only British food i can think of that i like is fish and chips, and im sure Americans would have figured that one out sooner or later

    I recommend it grilled on the bbq like tri tip. The outer layer must be removed before or after cooking. Certainly before eating.


    A butcher can do it for you.
