    I'm not in the US, I'm in India, here they just added a new liquor tax a few months ago and now everything is double the price.....literally double.

    We call them vice taxes. They're not exhorbitant though.

    Theirs is not a drinking culture like ours. Because of the 30+ million tourists per year we get in Nevada this state has the highest alcohol consumption per capita rate of any state in the union. :lol:
