I am a genius at making croutons!

 

As much as I'd like to i'm far to inconsistent to own plants.....my mom has tons though.

 

slice bread brush olive oil and place in oven

 

Crush a few garlic cloves and throw them in......sprinkle mixed herbs on.

 

Also leave them in for the precise amount of time so they are not quite toast, yet cruchy!

I think most of them are cactus thingies.

I hate cactus....I'm keen on growing herbs.....but I doubt the climate here is suitable.
