i think it really does happen, but its the frequency that is different,

i was at an intersection in Portland organ.
i was waiting on a green light along with about 12 cars

why were we waiting on a green light
becouse there was a man, slightly pissed, taking a huge huge long fucking piss

right dead center in the intersection
when he was done, he did up his britches

and moseyed on.
and then so did we

 

Some of the cleanest public restrooms you'll find anywhere in the world can be found along the Strip and yet you'll still catch some fuckwit pissing in the bushes along side a property. And don't even get me started on people puking on the sidewalks. Ick. :|

I don't think cops are allowed to piss while on duty.

You'll get fined if you get caught but the odds are against it so people don't even think twice. They just go for it.

Admittedly, some of it is caused by sugary tropical drink spillage but not all of it. Take my word for it, Americans can be fucking disgusting, especially drunken tourists. Their behavior can be appalling.

There's a virus going around in Northern Germany called ehec. Apparently, you can get it from eating fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber and salad. No one is sure, though. And a few people have already died from it. :shock:
