You are morally right.....but I too as Scribe said have no sympathy for such criminals....the death penalty isn't given out easily...it's usually serial killer, child rapists and the sort.........the people who have commented such hanus crimes that they do not deserve to be a part of humanity......now you can lock them up in jail but that really doesn't do much good, they aren't going to rehabilitate or be model prisoners.

 

what i meant by that is that i would like to say that he was cool about her leaving but he wasn't, he was beyond a dick, it made the entire thing far worse for him becouse he wouldn't chill and accept his new reality.
but whatever, the uhaul left and thats what he left her to remember him by
i dont think she will miss him that much.

earler today i was trying to buy a whopper sandwich at the burger king, the guy in front of me at the counter was going on for like 5 min about McDonald not supplying mustard any more. he would not shut the fuck up and move on so i could order. i was boiling.

i think he heard me say something like. "im going to fucking kill you dead" then he turned around and for some odd reason looked at me. and moved away so i could order. its good to see simple rules still apply when offered by a man with eyes that tell them, im not kidding.

I don't mind either way really, I just dislike the hypocrisy. Like the be humane thing. If one is killing in the way you putting, how are they being humane?

Plus like I said, if is ok to kill those who commit such horrific crimes, I see no reason for putting someone in jail for killing that person in question.

 

Like I said before, he was probably saying it's more humane than the other ways of killing.

I don't think the death penalty works as a deterent toward violent crime. I'm neither opposed nor in favor of it. I'm neutral on the issue. the US constitution says the death penalty should be applied to cases of treason. It leaves it up to the various states to apply it to other crimes. Or not, as is the case with many states. I can live with that.

:33: The idea is to punish them for their crimes and for them to go through the same punishment their victims went through....death penalty is the easy way out . Also you have to be 100% certain they are guilty...in recent years several people that were executed have been found to be innocent and from memory the states with the death penalty had the highest rate of heinous crimes :2cent:

If I knew I was going for the death penalty, I just fake having a gun and getting shot to death. Oh, that brings another interesting point, that one probable will try to save the life of the bastard, just so he can then convict and kill him later.
