    It's southern Louisiana cooking, got a spicy zest all its own. Some of it is sort of questionable (boiled crawfish, wich you crack open and then suck the brains out of the head before peeling and eating the tail. Seriously) but mostly it just rocks your palate. Cajuns are responsible for Tobasco Sauce. Don't know if you've ever heard of or tried it.

    I know some people like that. It goes better with some things than others. Tobasco is really good in chowder or cream-based soups. Mix a few drops in a bowl of potato soup, you'll be amazed how well it enhances the overall flavor. :)
