oh yes but its funny when I handed in my resignation letter last year citing that I couldn't continue to be fucked over he rounded up the workers and shafted them as he obviously could do no wrong and told them that 1 of me was worth 3 of them which made for some interesting times at work

Its good that you are having good weather its still pretty mild over here with the minimum/maximum only a couple of degrees apart

 

bugger We aren't supposed to have more than 2 weeks but I had 3 days in lieu from going in early new years and I thought fuck it why not. We can't have any time off in December or 2 weeks either side of June 30 due to end of financial year...also we aren't supposed to take time off when someone else is working

Yep, it's nice out right now. Only a month or so and you won't be able to breathe well. It gets damn humid here.

There's another guy here that's does a lot of the stuff I do too, we can't be off at the same time either.

 

We have a whole bunch of fresh workers I had to induct so they will learn

I prefer the cold too....thankfully it has been fairly mild the last summer thanks to the massive rainfall we have had with our 3 dams going from 3 months supply to 10 years over the summer

 

Well Christmas to New Years we do but thats it thanks to it being an extremely busy time with people crashing their cars Anybody could do my job but no one wants to...sort of a mixed blessing I guess

 

ah, gotcha. We get Chrismas Eve and Christmas only, and also New Years day only here. lol - don't get many holidays at this place, 8 days to be exact. I get 3 weeks total vacation.

especially when we have bite trained guard dogs who only listen to me and the boss so if anyone wants to go in the yard :twisted:...funnnily enough I have had no problems with them but the boss has been bit 3 times
