Chatted with Ares the past couple of days.

 

I've suffered from uni-polar depression for many, many years now. Mostly I have a handle on it, but sometimes it completely takes over and freezes me in place. I just can't move, either physically or intellectually, and that refrain above pretty much sums up the way I feel at those times. Frankly, I find his thought profound.

I've never heard of uni-polar depression. What's the difference between that and normal depression? I guess I can look it up.


I've suffered from self-diagnosed depression in the past. I used to be a big time drunk and cutter. I'm all good now though.......says someone who is drunk now. :roll:

Uni-polar as opposed to bi-polar. It is normal depression (if such a thing can be considered "normal" - perhaps it is?), Was just trying to be clear.
