I wouldn't be putting yourself in a situation where you're voicing who you think should/shouldn't be allowed here. Only yesterday I had to speak to you in a thread and ask you to stop arguing in it, and since then you've entered another thread just to criticise. You'll be best advised not to shit stir in topics, otherwise we might decide that we 'rightly' want to disallow another member.

 

I enter threads (whether the topic is a person/thing) partly to give my opinion on the subject. I thought that's partly what forums are for; If I'm wrong, please let me know. If I'm right, however, point being I'm not doing it "just to" criticize. Also, as far as any arguments, "it takes 2 to tango", & I would call your attention back to what I've already written here; I do not aim to start arguments anywhere.

I've been banned at forums before, where the Admin themselves has later admitted their mistake, invited me back (several times over), & even discussed giving me Moderation of the forum/selling it to me. If you wish to "disallow" me, that is of course your choice, but it would be a bigger mistake than any I make here.

 

You're entitled to your opinion, just don't go spreading the same negative message across several threads, otherwise it gives you a bad rep. Ie, you've made it clear that you're not a fan of Kim K or Taylor M, that's fine, no-one expects you to be, but don't go posting the same kind of comments reflecting your dislike etc in every thread. I'm not saying you've done that, am just giving some advice that it wouldn't be wise to.

And we don't like banning people here unless we have to. But we also don't like being told how to do our jobs, and your earlier comment saying that we 'wrongly allow the member' is disrespectful to what we do. So you might want to steer clear from that in future.

 

Don't go telling me to not-do something I was never doing. As I tried to make clear previously in the threads, I click on them b/c I often like pictures of KK or TM, & many others. It is the specific pics in those threads I dodn't like (which would be clearly impossible to know until I see them).

I understand... But I'm just saying that b/c I have been on several forums (I'm quite popular for not being on any social networks), & most forums correct or even ban members for words & actions this place seems to allow. That leaves me to wonder if they are actually being allowed, or going-on unnoticed. (Especially curious when the same people not acting on those are referring negatively to things I say/do regulaly.)

 

I said you were spreading negativity and I was advising that it not continue, a heads-up on potential pitfalls you can run into isn't a bad thing. If you like this place and want to be a valued member then it pays to listen. We don't care how other forums operate, we do things the way we do them here, if we were to ban members for arguing and words then we'd be losing a lot of people. We're all adults here and we hope that people can get on without us needing to act like school teachers and such. If things go out of line, then we will act.

Anyway, this doesn't need to go into a back-and-forth argument. I'm heading to work. If you are unhappy with the mods here or the way things operate, you're more than welcome to speak to the main admin to air your grievances. Otherwise, let the phun continue, there's plenty of good threads out there that we can all enjoy.

 

I already know what you were saying & why. I have also already agreed that the negativity shouldn't be continuing. However, if you want to stop the problem(s), talk to the member(s) that is/are doing it, which is to say not me.

I fully understand that other forums don't matter & it matters far more how you do things here, but that kills me that you end the post talking about "good threads... we can all enjoy" when many of the things you (not specifically 1 person) allow hear make threads (& adding-up, forums as a whole) harder to enjoy.

Feel free to pass "grievances" & other things onto the admin if you see a problem. However, I think I would either be "hearing" from the admin or banned completely if he had any problems with what I'm saying/doing. As I have not, I will continue.
