Yup....family usually is shamed and ends up blaming the person who got raped.

 

Everything is shameful in some countries not just that.

 

Ufortunately the biggest problem over here now is false accusation and there has been some really dramatic court cases where a guy has been jailed for 10+ years and after new evidence is found to not have done...habitual raists should just be castrated :2cent:

 

Down under you get a bigger Jail Sentence/Fine for defrauding the government/taxation than you do for killing/raping someone

 

Sure, especially rape though. Even in most "Western" countries it's a joke, not just in those which suppress women anyway.

 

Yeah, I really sympathize for those guys...I mean it could very well be me....to break from a disgusting country and try to make a life in a new one only to be accused and ill treated....isn't fair.

 

Here you wouldn't even get that....you'd be locked innocent or guilty...and have to wait for a court date.....which could take anywhere from 10-50 years.......yes, I'm serious.

 

The biggest problem we have with new arrivals is that they won't let go of their old traditions...just recently we had a Toowoomba girl killed by her Sudanese ex-boyfriend because she "had the nerve" to leave him because he was abusive..unfortunately it seems that a lot of the time the kids are given no boundaries and then think theyt can do wahtever they want-I blame parents myself:2cent:

I wasn't actually talking about his rantings about politics, but more about posting pics of completely nude women and talking about having sexual relationships with goats!

 

The legal system is adversarial. It's a big game. Prosecuters can't just trash the accused with impunity like they used to because the accused now have rights (as well they should). Problem is, this opens up a whole new area for exploitation by Defenders.... Long story short: Being a victim is never easy cuz most people can't relate to you. And if they can, because they got fucked themselves, they tend not to empathize.

 

No but in some parts of the world being a demented pervert almost seems to be a prerequisite to be a politician

 

I don't feel sorry for those fuckers really....I mean you go to another country start up your little "neighbourhoods" with 50 curry shops and some cheap knock off "traditional" cloths and jewelry, can barely speak English, don't blend in, keep wearing your weird cloths and gowns, and end up bringing down an area of that country to the state of your old country.....what the fuck is the point......and these are the ones who give immigrants a bad name.

 

I think he should be, but not in any legal sense though. Just, you know... Because.
