    I've seen it a few times myself and whilst we did do weight training it wasn't as important as endurance training ...the worst was having to run a circuit around the park with a guy on your back ala fireman style...shows just how out of shape you are ;).....Also went on training runs with the local marathon runners who figured they could outpace us :p
