Hmmm, I wanted to study graphic design, that's what I went to prep school (for art and design) for. But then I had to find work to pay rent and bills and that's how I ended up in my current job. I had to take an exam and lots of special qualifications to learn about mental illness, treatments, medications etc. I work with my clients on a practical level, I guess you could translate it with occupational therapy.

 

now that i read that back. probably her nose from the smell i would say.
