Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Well, things can go both ways i reckon...

    Well, you take a gif, can be larger than 80x80 px, you can shrink it in PS...

    Then you load it up in PS, open the animation Window...

    Export every single layer seperatley...

    Then you reassemble them in APNG Editor...
    Take a look how long every frame lasts in Ps, so the AVa will run at the correct SPeed...

    Tada ! ;)

    It's not easier but result is better. Once you know how to do it, it's quite easy. Importing the vid is easier tho.

    No gif came from a vid i got of youtube
