The knees, and the fact that, even though I told the managers the tasks that kill my knees, one specific manager still puts me on those tasks. The good jobs for my knees actually involve very heavy lifting - it's not a matter of "light" work. Actually, one of the jobs you'd think would be the lightest involves the most knee stress. .... But a couple of these guys are both stupid and they just don't give a fuck. .... So, the job the asswipe manager put me on Tuesday night wasn't my regular job, and that was the one that started the knee off again.

 

Management is full of fools these days, they're promoted on their ability to kiss ass and toe the line more than on intellectual capacity. I assume you tried to explain this knee issue to them in language even they can comprehend but it did no good, right?

Absolutely correct. BUT, two of the four managers (one is an exec. mgr.) understand. They still kiss ass and toe the line, but they understand my clear communications. But the one guy, when I said, "This job doesn't hurt my knees - this other job does hurt them," responded 3 times, "No, they're both the same on your knees." The fact that he can get inside my body and know what hurts my knees is amazing, isn't it?
