    You should come out to the southwest in the winter and do xeriscaping. In Vegas the water district partly reimburses homeowners who tear out their lawns in favor of "desert landscaping." probably the same sort o deal in Pheonix, etc. Could be lucrative.

    Everybody says that. Vegas is like a box of fancy chocolates; it looks tasty and inviting, but ultimately it's just chocolate. Been there, done that. What the fuck happened to my socks?
